The blushing bride, a rare shrub of the Franschhoek mountains. Its papery flowers are ivory, flushed with pink, which is where the name comes from.
Hand-modelled by local sculptor Cristina Salvoldi and cast in plaster in our workshop.
Set in a deep solid timber box frame behind glass created by Made by hand. One of a series of reliefs inspired by the plants of the Cape.
